A course on contemporary business law

Emphasis is placed on the legal and ethical responsibilities of corporate managers and executives, accountants, underwriters, and broker-dealers, and on the global and transnational aspects of securities transactions. There will be discussion of the variety of contexts and representations of the human body throughout the history of art.

Laboratory for AGRI Contract law This module is designed to build on the Introduction to Tort and Contract Module and introduces you to the basic concepts of contractual liability arising in the context of contract content, vitiating factors and discharge of a contract.
